A BUILDING DETECTIVE
We inspect the building and the site, starting from the perimeter fencing and working
inwards, looking for faults and defects that could impact upon your purchase decision
and cost money now or in the future. Much cannot be seen, but experience tells us
where faults may lie or have been covered up. The inspection is non-destructive
and great care is taken to avoid any damage to the property or disturbance to owners'
effects.

Some things we can't do ...
Testing equipment such as stoves & airconditioners
We visually check and comment on equipment such as stoves, dishwashers, hot water
services and airconditioners, but they cannot be properly tested during a building
inspection so you should verify that they all work to your satisfaction prior to
settlement.
Termites & pests
Ask to have a termite inspection at the same time as your building inspection for
this specially discounted fee. Termite damage or pest
infestation observed during a building inspection will be noted in the report, but
a building inspection alone is not a termite or pest inspection.
